Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before shipment (for stock products only), then restocking fees will be subtracted from the refund. In this case, a check will be issued within 14 days.
If we have purchased materials or pulled inventory in the fabrication department for your custom project, we cannot issue a full refund for your order.
Refunds and Returns
- Once we have initiated your order and pulled inventory for custom fabrication, your order will not be refunded.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds after the order has left the facility.
- Please ensure that you understand this Policy in conjunction with the terms of your Estimate. Your payment serves as confirmation that you do.
Damages During Shipment
The Term Sheet you receive with your Estimate via email outlines important shipping options and details. We carefully select our carriers and take extra steps to protect your shipment from damage, so incidents are rare. Every shipment is insured.
If you notice damage to your crate upon arrival, please take photos and notify the truck driver and your sales representative immediately.
