Cancellations-
If this order is canceled before shipment (for stock products only), then restocking fees will be subtracted from the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be issued to you within 14 days.
Refunds and Returns-
Once we have initiated your order and pulled inventory for custom fabrication, your order will not be refunded.
We maintain materials and products in a climate-controlled environment until they are ready to ship. Because bark is a cork material and we cannot control the environment once the product has left our warehouse, we do not issue refunds.
Please ensure that you understand this Policy in conjunction with the terms of your Estimate. Your payment serves as confirmation that you do.
