The Original, Bark House® Poplar Bark Shingle Siding adorns and protects the finest homes, lodges, and commercial buildings across every region of the United States and Internationally. Our reclaimed tree bark is maintenance-free and regeneratively manufactured. The ridges and valleys of this unique material create interesting shadow lines. The taupe-grey color is accented by occasional green moss and lichens. Bark House is the only brand with 100% of material grading and manufacturing always done in-house.
Poplar Bark Panel Wall Coverings
Bark House® Poplar Bark Panel Wall Finishes are the most distinctive and luxurious of our poplar bark wall coverings. Incredibly, each is a single, large sheet of bark from one tree. No more than one in a thousand trees will yield an uncracked sheet of bark this large. Due to limb scars, epicormic knots, growth stress, bird peck, and lightning scars, no two poplar bark panels are ever alike.
White Birch Wall Coverings
Bark House® White Birch Wall Panels are made from luxuriously large sheets of natural bark attached to an exterior grade substrate. The panels are meticulously handcrafted with attention to every detail by an experienced team of in-house artisans. We select the whitest sheets of raw bark to craft our panels from. With their distinctive black-grey lenticels, our panels adorn the exteriors of the finest homes, lodges, and retail spaces.

With educational preparation in Chemical Engineering and Pulp-and-Paper from NC State University and focused research McCurry understands the patterns in the surface that reveal the material’s structure. Only our craftsmen receive proprietary training in the standards that dictate the material that is accepted at our Intake Yard. Clients benefit because Bark House® products last longer, function as they were designed, and yield beautiful results.
